Terms and Conditions for Running Coaching and Plans
By purchasing any coaching services or running plans, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Coaching Services and Running Plans
a. All coaching and running plans are tailored based on the information you provide. It is your responsibility to ensure the information you share is accurate and up to date.
b. Coaching sessions and plans are non-transferable and designed solely for your personal use. Redistribution or sharing of any material provided is strictly prohibited.
2. Health and Safety
a. You acknowledge that running and training involve inherent risks, including potential injury. By participating, you confirm that you are fit and healthy to undertake the training.
b. We are not medical professionals. Consult with a healthcare provider before starting any training plan if you have pre-existing medical conditions or concerns.
c. It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or changes in your health during the coaching period. We are not liable for injuries sustained during training or any costs associated with such injuries.
3. Payment Terms
a. Payments must be made in full before the start of any coaching plan or running program.
b. Accepted payment methods are through Bank transfer (Standing Order for 1 to 1 coaching) and PayPal.
c. Prices for services may change. Any changes will be communicated to existing clients at least 30 days in advance.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
a. Coaching plans and services can be cancelled with 7 days’ written notice. This can be communicated through email (ryanthomson179@hotmail.co.uk) or WhatsApp.
b. Refunds are not provided for partially completed coaching periods or plans once they have started.
c. If you are unable to complete a plan for medical reasons, please contact us to discuss possible adjustments.
5. Intellectual Property
a. All training plans, resources, and materials provided are copyrighted and remain the property of Ryan Thomson Running. These materials must not be copied, distributed, or shared without permission.
b. Clients may print or save the materials for their personal use only.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
a. Your personal data will be used solely for the purpose of delivering coaching services. We do not share or sell your information to third parties.
b. All data is managed in compliance with GDPR (or applicable data protection regulations). Refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
7. Social Media and Testimonials
a. We may share your achievements or testimonials on our social media or website for promotional purposes.
b. No personal information will be shared without your consent. If you do not wish to have your information used in this way, please inform us through email or WhatsApp.
8. Limitation of Liability
a. We are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from the use of our coaching services or running plans. Participation is at your own risk.
b. By signing up, you accept full responsibility for your participation in the training and its outcomes.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
a. We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or our website.
