All training plans are completely personalized to work around your life and for your goals. The price for all training plans includes a call where we can discuss everything that will be important in the making of your plan and also an opportunity to ask any questions that may arise after the plan has been set.
1 to 1 coaching is completely tailored to your life and goals on a weekly (and if necessary, daily) basis. A new, specific plan will be sent out each week with full details and advice on how to tackle each day. A monthly call and constant communication through WhatsApp, where I will answer any questions or help tweak the plan to account for any last minute life commitments, is also included with the 1 to 1 coaching option.
